We charge a flat fee regardless of the size of your practice. Why pay more to the 10 percenters when the work involved is the same?

TRG Coaching has been coaching practices for more than 20 years and we know what makes them work.

We will work with the BUYER and the SELLER to ensure a smooth, effective transition that protects your patients and your team. This must be an exciting, fun time for all involved.

We coach the SELLERS so that they are really clear about the steps they are taking to ensure that the sale is the best thing to do financially and emotionally. It may be that selling is not the best option at this time. If so, we will help the SELLER with a strategic plan.

We coach the BUYER through all the business aspects of ownership. We walk the BUYER through the Practice Appraisal so that they are really clear about what they are buying, as well as the future upside potential within the practice.

We work closely with the accountants and attorneys that you select to make the transition smooth and stress free. If you don’t have these professionals available, we will present you with a list of excellent choices.

We create great documents for the BUYER and SELLER to inform the patients of the change in ownership and create certainty for them.

We work with the team to help the transition and to create certainty for them.

We have the best Practice Management Team available for the BUYER to ensure that the future is fun and profitable.
